Typical Fishing Day

 Depending on the Guiding Package you book, your fishing experience begins when I pick you up at the airport in Amsterdam or Rotterdam. You can also take the low-priced train from the airports to Oude-Tonge. I would be happy to pick you up there by appointment.

If you arrive by car, we will meet directly at the holiday home. You can move into your rooms and we will discuss the plan for the next days. Our program depends on your wishes and the weather situation.

You are welcome to use the kitchen for your meals. Nearby you can buy inexpensively. You have the possibility to get to know the surroundings or to cook something and relax.

This typically begins with the sunrise. We fish for about 8 hours and return to the cottage in the evening. In summer, the day is divided into a longer lunch break on the way or in the accommodation. We use the later hours of the day on the water and return at sunset. As soon as the days get shorter, we fish from sunrise to sunset.

In the evening you can cook in the accommodation or visit one of the restaurants in Oude-Tonge or the surrounding area. The cottage is comfortably furnished and is ideal for a cosy get-together and an exchange of experiences.

The last fishing day is much too early! The fishing holiday is coming to an end. Depending on agreement and booking I will lead you back to the bus station or to the airport.

In the next few days you will receive the souvenir photos or videos of your fishing experience electronically.

• GUIDED FISHING is all about having fun fishing!
• In my boat we fish exclusively "Catch & Release" / "No Kill".
• I like to take pictures and videos (catch-photo-release) for the guests. These are included in the booking offer. With the booking you consent to the use of the photos on my Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media channels.
• Does the fishing equipment you brought with you not fit the size of fish? No problem: I have rental equipment that matches the target fish.
• In bad visibility we are not allowed out on the lakes. We try to fish in alternative waters
• With more than 5-6 BF wind force it is too dangerous on the water. We search for alternatives!
• Alcohol on the boat is no good idea and undesirable because it puts you and others in danger.
